Two Towers Technologies s.r.o. is based on the experience and expertise of its founders Jan Procházka and Michal Kozák. Although both are graduates of the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University, they met while playing volleyball, from where Honza brought Michal to his work team. After years in a large company, they wanted to do things their own way, based on common life values.
Two Towers Technologies is not only volleyball blockers, but also high ambitions and solid foundations for a stable partnership. We are enthusiasts for innovation and fields of the future, but we also want to help where we see a social benefit.
Honza is an experienced programmer, software architect and solution designer with more than 20 years of experience in the field of measurement and control automation. He likes new challenges, which is why he can boast of experience across various technological areas - he built robots and compilers, programmed simple testers and measuring halls, created simple and completely universal sequencers, optimized code for FPGAs, as well as corporate processes. He also worked as an Industry 4.0 Tribe Tech Lead for two years.
He prefers to apply his obsession with efficiency and optimality in FPGA programming, creating source code generators, as well as architectural design. He uses his penchant for finding non-standard approaches when designing solutions in the field of research and development.

Michal is a born developer who enjoys inventing and creating new things. He began to fulfill his desire to discover and solve problems in research institutions. From topics on the border of mathematics, biology, physics and chemistry, he moved to a technology company, where he worked as a programmer and developer. Here, among other things, he introduced innovations into industrial production in cooperation with technical universities.
In his work, he connects theoretical knowledge with practical use and helps companies optimize processes through smart technologies. As a certified LabVIEW architect (CLA) and advanced user of the Actor Framework, he is excellent at designing modular systems with a high degree of scalability. Michal is also a specialist in machine vision.
